The hardness of porcelain depends on its composition (kaolin, feldspar, and quartz) and firing temperature. The works of NewChi Porcelain are fired at a temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius, making the porcelain clean, delicate, sturdy, and impermeable. Nevertheless, you should still handle your porcelain carefully to avoid impact and temperature changes.

Daily Care

All NewChi Porcelain's product can be easily cleaned using a soft sponge, warm water, and ordinary dishwashing liquid, avoiding the use of scouring pads or abrasive detergents.

When storing, use a cushion such as a paper towel between porcelain items to prevent scratching.

Please clean metal knives, forks, and cookware separately to avoid scratching the glaze.

Tea sets and coffee sets

All porcelain should be cleaned as soon as possible to prevent stains from drying, and avoid using scouring pads or abrasive detergents.

If you encounter accumulated tea stains, you can purchase "Eco-Friendly Porcelain Cleaner Enzyme," which can effectively decompose tea and coffee stains without damaging the porcelain.
